I got mine early – Friday to be exact. Kid was too excited about “mommies day” to wait until Sunday to give me my gifts. Which of course, I adore and am going to save foreverandever.
The most adorable thing? The hug and kiss I got from him on Friday, after he’d been at school all day and hadn’t seen me since that morning. How thrilled he was to see me, give me my presents and jump up and down whilst singing me a mothers’ day song.
That was the best part of my day – and that was what made me realise that there’s nothing better and not a single thing that anyone could buy and gift wrap that could possibly ever be better than the love of my child.

Awh, that is truly adorable.

That is adorable. Happy Mother’s Day!
Not to downplay the awesome love from your kid, and your love for him, but was “mulch” intended? Am I being stupid?
